The pneumatic breaker G10 is a D-handle breaker designed for breaking up ice, coal bed, soft rock, frozen soil, damaged road, concrete foundation and other hard objects. It is commonly used in municipal construction, underground construction, road maintenance as well as industrial and mining enterprises. In addition, this air tool is also applicable for conditions where impact force is required, such as mounting or dismounting track pins of a tractor or a tank.

Working Principle
Our pneumatic breaker takes compressed air as its working power, and it uses a tubular diverter valve to distribute air to either side of the cylinder in an alternative manner, thus making the piston reciprocate continuously to drive the chisel into rocks or other objects.

Requirements for Chisel
For any pneumatic pick hammer, its chisel will come into direct contact with objects to be crushed, so its material, size and shape are very important in determining the overall productivity.

More specifically, the shape and length of a chisel depend on the hardness of ore bed: harder ore bed requires shorter chisel, vice versa. For example, a soft or cracked ore bed asks for a chisel with length of 300-400mm, while a 150-300mm long chisel is highly recommended for hard/stiff ore bed.
