1. How to drill holes for Non explosive rock breaking Chemicals:


(1) Hole diameter: 32-50 mm (the larger the hole diameter, the greater the expansion pressure generated and the shorter the cracking time. However, when the ambient temperature is above 35 degrees, it is recommended to use a drill bit between 32-40MM to reduce the possibility of crushing agent spraying holes);

(2) Hole spacing L1: 10-40 cm (the smaller the hole spacing, the shorter the cracking time. Depending on the hole diameter and the different materials of the object, it is about 5-8 times the hole diameter, such as granite, limestone, iron ore and reinforced concrete are about 5-6 times the hole diameter, marble, sandstone and concrete are 7~8 times).

(3) Hole depth: 85-105%H. Please clean the dust or water in the hole before charging.

(4) Row spacing L2: the distance between rows of holes: 0.2-3M (generally 0.2-1M for engineering crushing and 1-3M for mining), depending on different construction requirements and designs.

Note: For special applications (such as large aperture 60MM-90MM or special projects), please declare in advance so that our factory can provide corresponding products or assist in designing corresponding operation plans. When crushing thick concrete, it can be crushed in layers, and the thickness of a single layer is about 0.5~1.5m. For special projects, it can be designed as an oblique hole. For oblique holes or horizontal holes, you can use a conduit to load the material, or mix the crushing agent into a semi-paste and roll it into strips and insert it into the hole and then twist it.

2. Non explosive rock breaking chemicals ratio and dosage:


(1) Expansive mortar dosage: about 1.8 g/cm3, such as about 1.8 kg for a 1m Φ36MM hole.

(2) Non explosive rock breaking chemicals water ratio: about 25-30% of the weight of the breaker, such as 2.5-3 kg of water for 10 kg of breaker. Note: When the ambient temperature is below 10 degrees Celsius, warm water of about 40 degrees can be used for stirring.

3. Non explosive rock breaking chemicals mixing and loading holes: Slowly add the breaker into the water, stirring while adding until it becomes a paste (no more than 10 kg at a time to facilitate loading holes), and then pour the stirred slurry into the hole within 5 minutes.

Note: The mixing and loading time of non explosive rock breaking chemicals should not exceed 10 minutes, and the loading time of all drilling holes should not exceed 30 minutes. In order to reduce the probability of "punching or spraying holes" after the crushing agent is filled, try to avoid loading holes when it is hot in summer, and try to avoid loading holes when the "temperature of the crushed object itself is high" (it is recommended to load in the morning). If it is a long "row of holes" or a deep hole, multiple people can load at the same time. When the ambient temperature is below 10 degrees, you can cover the hole with a straw mat or other things to keep it warm after loading the hole.
