Scope of application	It can measure the different kinds of bit, drilling tool stabilizer, casing stabilizer, fit joint, drill collar, drill pipe,fishing tool, and to measure the O.D. or inclusive O.D. of other objects with different size, which are within it’s measuring range. It is simple and practical, and is convenient to make reading.
Operation method	To pull open the gauge bigger than the O.D. of the measured object, fix the object to be measured horizontally, move up and down to the object’s point of tangency. Shrink the round flakes to tangent with the outside circle of the object (to move the gauge to it's diameter point when measuring the bit). Then the number of the rule moving score shows is the O.D. of the object. When measuring the object, please pay attention to keep the round flakes to be vertical with the axes of the object, to avoid affecting the measuring precision.
Maintain method	Clean the surface of the product after use, and to lubricate the round flakes and moving them repeat, to make the lubricant more symmetrical on the flakes, to keep the flakes moving flexible, so that to ensure the measuring precision
