General Introduction:

DTH button bits are produced from premium quality nickel-alloy steel for increased durability and wear characteristics. Specific heat treatment standards and special “stress relief” processes ensure consistent performance.Premium quality nickel-alloy steel is used in the production of DTH Button Bits to enhance their wear characteristics and endurance. Consistent performance is ensured by particular "stress release" procedures and heat treatment norms.
The DTH hammer bits are engineered to achieve optimal efficiency, excellent hole cleaning capabilities, and rapid penetration.
Our bits can be used in place of the following: Ingersoll-Rand DHD3.5, DHD3.5HD, DHD 340A, DHD350R, DHD 360, DHD380, QL40, QL50, QL60, QL80, NUMA100, NUMA120, MISSION60, and other bits made by Atlas Copco (Cop32, 34, 44, 64, 84).
